RETURN POLICY: All products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, exchanges will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer or if they are defective. All returns must be authorized by ATA before product(s) is returned. IF ATA SENDS OUT A NEW UNIT (PRODUCTS) IN ORDER TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT(S) UNDER WARRANTY TIME PERIOD, CUSTOMER AGREES TO SEND BACK THE DEFECTIVE UNIT(S) TO OUR HEADQUARTERS IN THE ORIGINAL BOXED CONDITION. IF THEY FAIL TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT(S) BACK WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, ATA HAS THE RIGHT TO CHARGE/BILL THEIR CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PLUS SHIPPING COSTS. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND BACK DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND SHOW PROOF OF RETURNED PRODUCTS BY RECEIPT IN ORDER TO NOT BE CHARGED. IF THE ITEM IS DISCONTINUED OR UNAVAILABLE, ATA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A CREDIT FOR SIMILAR MECHANDISE, ALL CREDITS ARE VALID ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE CREDIT WAS ISSUED.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by ATA for wrongful orders and mistakes. In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from ATA. Any return must be authorized by a representative of ATA and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from ATA No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
WARRANTY: Products are warranted for a period of "1" (one) year from the date of purchase except as noted. ATA guarantees all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 6 months (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

" If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or a credit towards other merchandise within 30 Days of receipt. Due to the nature of the products, there are no refunds. This policy helps us keep prices low and quality high.

" Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase.
" Customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged non-defective items.

L I M I T E D W A R R A N T Y
ATA SYSTEMS INCORPORATED warrants that the Alarm Spray and/or genuine accessories (“Product”) is free from
defects in material and workmanship, according to the following terms and conditions:
1. The limited warranty for the Product and all genuine accessories extends for the first twelve (12) months
commencing from the date of the purchase of the Product.
2. The limited warranty extends only to the original and registered purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Product and is
not assignable or transferable to any third party.
3. The limited warranty is only valid in ATA Systems Incorporated intended country (area) for sale of the Product
AND the country (or area) in which this warranty is in force is the United States of America. The Purchaser from
outside the intended country (or area) shall refer to ATA Systems Incorporated for confirmation of the coverage
in his/her/their country (or area).
4. Any faulty of the Product due to defect in material and workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge
at ATA Systems Incorporated option. The Purchaser will be billed for traveling expenses and any parts or labor
charges not covered by this limited warranty. ATA Systems Incorporated does not accept any warranty, explicit
or implicit, other than the warranty provided expressly herein, nor shall ATA Systems Incorporated accept
responsibility for any immaterial and/or indirect damages (such as loss of profit or any other financial or
commercial damage) under the warranty or not.
5. Repaired or replaced Product be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period.
6. The application of the warranty claim is subject to the proof of purchase document and the information on the
Product or any label or seal on the Product has not been tampered with.
7. This warranty does not cover :-
a) any operating system and software added to the Product through any integration system and third-party
software;
b) non ATA Systems Incorporated approved accessories;
c) Product for which ATA Systems Incorporated has not received the registration card (proof of posting is
not the proof of receipt);
d) Products with missing or alter security label, tags, serials numbers or service tag;
e) any problem resulting from any unauthorised dismantling of the Product;
f) problems that result from
i) external causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power;
ii) servicing not authorised by ATA Systems Incorporated;
iii) usage that is not in accordance with product instructions;
iv) failure to adhere to the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance;
v) using of accessories, parts, or components not supplied or approved by ATA Systems
Incorporate.
